WHY WE CREATED THIS KIT
When patients are diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) or End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), they face immense medical hurdles. The reality of dialysis means spending 6+ hours every week hooked to a machine, often in cold treatment rooms while balancing strict fluid limits, fatigue, and severe dry skin.
The Central Florida Kidney Foundation has teamed up with Rachel Graham, RN/ Flowstate-Designed for Dialysis to eliminate the guesswork for newly diagnosed patients. We provide a thoughtfully curated kit equipped with basic, high-quality necessities that bring warmth, dignity, and organization to their treatment sessions.
You can purchase items directly off our curated Amazon Wish List. Items are shipped directly to the Central Florida Kidney Foundation office, where our volunteer team packages and distributes. and mails them directly to our list of dialysis patients.
